Founding Members

In 2010, Caritas in Vertate International (CiVI), a charitable missionary confederation for integral development and human progress was founded as an expansion of the mission of Youth Arise International and a response to Pope Benedict’s call for Charity in Truth (see background).

Founding Members are recognized as those individuals and organizations who, along with the President of Youth Arise International, Henry Cappello, the Pontifical Council Cor Unum and other international Catholic organizations, assisted in establishing CiVI. They include:
